Matthew Matt James born in North Carolina 5 December 1991. James is the son of Manny and Patty James and is of mixed race. The mother of Manny James was caucasian while his father was Nigerian. When he graduated at Sanderson High School, in 2010 he enrolled at Wake Forest University and obtained his Bachelor's in Economics. James was famous after his role as a reality TV actor on The Bachelorette. He was selected in 2020 to play the bachelor for season 25 of The Bachelor, becoming the first African American lead. The season premiered in 2021. James has the right look for his role. He's tall and handsome, with the right ability to laugh. Rachael Krkconnell was picked to play his partner during the entire season. James teamed up with well-known dancing star Arnold in 2021, to take part on season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James and Arnold finished 12th place.
